The Applicant Card can be used for FBI national background check, the smaller blue-colored FBI FD-258 Fingerprint Card (referred to as the blue card). This applicant card works with EZID #3 - Fingerprint Pad. Suitable for FBI, US Immigration and Naturalization Service, and many police agencies for noncriminal fingerprinting (such as for employment clearances or immigration purposes).
